At AIVVIA Athletics, we want your shopping experience to be simple and transparent. Here's everything you need to know about ordering, payment, and shipping.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

PayPal: Convenient payment through your PayPal account
Apple Pay: Quick and easy payment using your Apple device
Google Pay: Fast and secure payment with your Google account

Order Processing

Every AIVVIA piece is made to order. Production begins shortly after you place your order — your piece is created specifically for you, not pulled from existing stock. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of your order date.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Shipping Options

We offer both standard and express shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. We ship worldwide; international duties and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Within 24 hours of ordering: Changed your mind? Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund, no questions asked.

After 24 hours, before your order ships: Once your piece is in production, you can choose either a refund of 50% of your order's retail value, or 100% in store credit for the full amount you paid — whichever you prefer. Because the 50% is based on the original retail value of your items, promotional discounts do not reduce it.

Once your order has shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled after they ship. You're welcome to return or exchange within 21 days of delivery (unworn, unwashed, tags attached) per our Return & Refund Policy.
