The moment you place your order, we begin. Your sizes, your colors, your preferences are locked in. Production starts within 24 hours.
Day 1Phase 02
Premium fabric is measured and cut by hand, patterned specifically for your size. Every piece starts here, with care, precision, and intention.
Days 2 to 4Phase 03
Seamless construction, detailed stitching. Every seam is finished with intention. This is where the piece becomes yours.
Days 5 to 10Phase 04
Your piece is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. It arrives at your door within 2 to 3 weeks of your original order.
Days 10 to 21Twenty-one days. One piece. Made just for you.

Every AIVVIA piece is cut, stitched, and finished only after you order. Production takes 5 to 7 days, and shipping adds another 7 to 14 days. We believe the wait is worth it. It is how we avoid waste and make something built for you specifically.
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, production has begun and we are unable to make changes. For urgent requests, email info@aivviaathletics.com and we will do our best.
Holding inventory means guessing what women will want before they want it. It creates waste, pressure to discount, and pieces that sit in warehouses. We would rather make your piece when you actually order it. It is slower, but it is honest.
Yes. Our Form Fabric is a nylon-spandex blend chosen for its stretch, sweat-wicking properties, and feel. We use three distinct weights, Butter, Form, and Pulse, for different purposes. See our Fabrics & Fit page for full details.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and unwashed. Since every piece is made to order, we ask that you review our size guide carefully before ordering.
For Butter and Form fabrics, we recommend ordering your usual size. For Pulse, our compression fabric, you can size up for a more relaxed feel or stay with your usual size for full compression. Email us for personal fit advice.
Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, and internationally. International orders may take an additional 5 to 10 business days beyond our standard timeline. Duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
