Everything to know before you order.

01 Why does it take 2-3 weeks to arrive?

Because nothing is pre-made. Your piece is created only after you order it, then shipped with tracking. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. The wait is the whole point — it's how we avoid waste and make something built specifically for you.

02 Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After that, your piece is in production — you can choose a 50% refund of your order's retail value or 100% in store credit, whichever you prefer. Once your order ships, it can't be cancelled. 03 Why doesn't AIVVIA hold inventory?

Holding inventory means guessing what women will want before they want it. It creates waste, pressure to discount, and pieces that sit in warehouses. We'd rather make your piece when you actually order it. It's slower, but it's honest.

04 Is the fabric really different from other activewear?

Yes. We use three distinct weights — Butter, Form, and Pulse — each chosen for a specific purpose: stretch, sweat-wicking, and feel. See our Fabrics & Fit page for full details.

05 Can I return or exchange my piece?

Yes — we accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed, and has tags attached. You can choose store credit (plus a $10 bonus) or a refund to your original payment. Exchanges ship free; return shipping for refunds is the customer's responsibility. 06 What if I'm between sizes?

For Butter and Form fabrics, we recommend ordering your usual size. For Pulse (our compression fabric), you can size up for a more relaxed feel or stick with your usual size for full compression support. Email us for personal fit advice.

07 Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we're a global brand and ship worldwide. International orders may take an additional 5–10 business days beyond our standard timeline, and any duties or customs fees are the customer's responsibility. Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, it's considered received. See our Shipping Policy for details.

08 How do I care for my AIVVIA pieces?

Wash cold, inside out, on a delicate cycle. Skip fabric softener, skip the dryer, and lay flat to dry. Follow these steps and your pieces will last years. Full care guide is on our Fabrics & Fit page.
