Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
At AIVVIA Athletics, every piece is made to order — production begins shortly after you place your order, so our policy is built around that. We want you to love what you receive, and we're here to help if anything isn't right.
1. Cancellations
Within 24 hours of ordering: Changed your mind? Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund, no questions asked.
After 24 hours, before your order ships: Once your piece is in production, you can choose either a refund of 50% of your order's retail value, or 100% in store credit for the full amount you paid — whichever you prefer. Because the 50% is based on the original retail value of your items, promotional discounts do not reduce it.
Once your order has shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled after they ship. You're welcome to return or exchange your item under the terms below.
2. Returns & Exchanges
2.1 Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be requested within 21 days of delivery.
- Be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Not be final sale items, gift cards, or accessories (non-returnable).
Items returned worn, washed, altered, or without tags will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
2.2 How to Start
- Email info@aivviaathletics.com with your order number and whether you'd like a return or exchange.
- We'll send instructions for sending your item back.
- Package your item securely and ship it back within 21 days of delivery.
2.3 Choose Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose:

Store credit + a bonus: Receive the full value of your item back as store credit, plus an extra $10 to use on your next order — our way of saying thank you for staying with us.

Refund to original payment: Receive a refund to your original payment method for the item price, less return shipping. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive your return.
2.4 Shipping Costs

Exchanges ship free — when you exchange for a different size or style, we cover shipping on your replacement.

Return shipping for refunds is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), in which case we cover it.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, your choice.
4. Order Not Received
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days and we'll help investigate with the carrier. Orders confirmed as delivered to the address on file are not eligible for refund or replacement.
5. Good to Know
- Every piece is made to order. Our typical 2–3 week timeline is part of how we operate and isn't grounds for cancellation outside this policy.
- International duties and customs fees are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to limit or decline returns from accounts with excessive return activity.
