AIVVIA SHIPPING POLICY

All AIVVIA pieces are made to order — intentional by design. Each item is created and packaged after you place your order, which means no overstock and no waste. By placing an order, you acknowledge our made-to-order timeline below.

Timeline

  • Production: typically 5–7 days from your order date
  • Shipping: 7–14 days after production
  • Total: most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks

Timelines are estimates and may vary during launches, holidays, or high-demand periods. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $75: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $75: $6 flat-rate standard shipping

International Shipping

We're a global brand and ship worldwide. International orders may take an additional 5–10 business days beyond the standard timeline due to customs processing. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. AIVVIA is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, changes and cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours, cancellation terms in our Return & Refund Policy apply. For any questions or requests, email info@aivviaathletics.com.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you are responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring the shipping address on file is correct and secure. AIVVIA is not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the carrier, or for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us within 7 days and we'll help you investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a re-shipping fee. We're unable to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email info@aivviaathletics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
